Zusammenfassung:	The device has a sample chamber (2) including an inlet opening (6) and provided with tellurium about 0.01 to 0.05 gram per cubic centimeter based on volume of the sample chamber. The tellurium is provided in the form of powder with an average particle size of 150 micrometers. The inlet opening is closely mounted with a quartz body (3) on a submerge side of the sample chamber, where the sample chamber is provided with a circular horizontal projection with diameter of 35 mm and height of 10 mm. The inlet opening is bounded by a quartz tube that is closed with a protective cap (7).
