Zusammenfassung:Method and apparatus for producing an electrical winding (14) for an electrical machine (12), comprising the following steps: winding, without crossing, a plurality of turns (48) of a winding wire (46) onto a former (16) by means of a rotational movement between a wire-guiding means (44), which accommodates the winding wire (46), and the former (16); axially shifting the former (16) and a transmission tool (20) towards one another transverse to the rotational movement; stripping the turns (48) from the former (16) onto the transmission tool (20); feeding the turns (48) into slots (62) in a rotor or stator (60) of the electrical machine (12) in the axial direction.
