Zusammenfassung: | The tungsten inert gas welding device comprises a movable electrode, a power section for applying supply voltage, a contact detection means to detect separation of the contact of the movable electrode with a surface of the workpiece, a control means to automatically ignite an arc after the detection of the separation of the contacts of the electrode and to maintain after a given pattern, and a burner sensor, whose activity triggers transition to an active mode. A probe voltage is designed between the movable electrode and the workpiece and is measured by the contact detection means. The tungsten inert gas welding device comprises a movable electrode, a power section for applying supply voltage, a contact detection means to detect separation of the contact of the movable electrode with a surface of the workpiece, a control means to automatically ignite an arc after the detection of the separation of the contacts of the electrode and to maintain after a given pattern, and a burner sensor, whose activity triggers transition to an active mode. A probe voltage is designed between the movable electrode and the workpiece and is measured by the contact detection means. The control means or the contact detection means is configured to initiate automatic ignition of the arc according to a given delay unit after the separation of the contacts of the electrode and the workpiece, or to initiate the ignition of the arc only in the active mode. The control means is configured to ignite a renewed ignition of the arc after extinguishing the arc, when a repeated separation of the contact of the electrode and the workpiece is detected. The transition of the active mode to a passive mode is carried out automatically after passing a given period, towards the end of the welding device. A corresponding control means is arranged for triggering the transition of the active mode to the passive mode.
