Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides for a nutritional composition comprising from 0.1 to 10 g of eicosapentaenoic acid or a derivative thereof based on 100 kcal of the total composition; and from 0.1 to 10 g of a phytochemical or a mixture thereof based on 100 kcal of the total composition, for a use as a medicament for the treatment and/or prevention of cachexia and/or anorexia. The composition is particularly useful in the prevention of cachexia and is administered almost without any additional macronutrients in order to avoid a negative impact on the general diet of the patient.
