Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:Isolated immune complex containing a peptide that contains at least a complete prothrombin fragment F2, where an antibody fragment with a specificity for the carboxy terminal neoepitope of the prothrombin fragment F2/F1 + 2 is bonded on its carboxy terminal, is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) a monoclonal antibody, which binds to an immune complex, but not to the prothrombin fragment F2 alone, and not to the antibody fragment with a specificity for the carboxy terminal neoepitope of the prothrombin fragment F2/F1 + 2 alone; (2) a hybridoma cell line that produces a monoclonal antibody; (3) a reagent containing a monoclonal antibody or its fragment; (4) a test kit containing a reagent; and (5) determining the prothrombin fragment F1 + 2 in a sample, comprising contacting the sample with an antibody or its fragment with a specificity for the carboxy terminal neoepitope of the prothrombin fragment F2/F1 + 2 for the formation of the immune complex with the prothrombin fragment F1 + 2 contained in the sample, where the sample is also contacted with the monoclonal antibody.
