Zusammenfassung:	The method involves subjecting a material to be cleaned to a cleaning process, where adhered contaminants are removed. The material to be cleaned is subjected to a rinsing process adjacently. The material to be cleaned is impinged with rinsing liquid i.e. fresh water, where the rinsing liquid has a disinfection unit. The material to be cleaned is impinged with another rinsing liquid i.e. ultrapure water, where the latter rinsing liquid has a permeate generating a reverse osmosis. The latter rinsing liquid is free of rinsing additives. An independent claim is also included for a cleaning device for cleaning a material to be cleaned.
