Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates in general to an apparatus and a method for modifying a light scene. According to an embodiment of the invention, an apparatus (204) for modifying a light scene composed from an abstract description is provided, wherein the apparatus comprises means (252) for selecting an area of the light scene, means (254) for modifying a light condition of the area, means (256) for recording at least one parameter referring to a modification of the light condition of the area and means (258) for adapting the abstract description based on the at least one parameter.
