Method for activating an electric device and electric device and assembly

The method involves receiving an activation signal (AS1) over a wireless interface by an electrical device e.g. telematic device, in a time slot (ZF), which recurs regularly in a time interval (ZA1). A temporal interval of the time slot to another time interval (ZA2), which is shorter than the former time interval, is set to the activation signal. Another activation signal (AS2) is received over the wireless interface by the electrical device in the time slot, which recurs regularly in the latter time interval. The electrical device is activated by the latter activation signal. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement including an activation device for transmitting activation signals.
