Zusammenfassung:	A guide arrangement for a sliding element (2), in particular for a sliding door, which is mounted displaceably on at least one rail (31, 38) via rollers (4, 11), wherein a positionally fixed stop element (34) is provided, said stop element interacting with a limit stop element (3) which is mounted on the sliding element (2) and has a limit stop pin (6) and a fastening section (7) fixed to the sliding element (2). The limit stop pin (6) is mounted elastically on the sliding element (2). Since a spring deflection is possible by movement of the limit stop pin relative to the sliding element, effective damping can be obtained.
