Zusammenfassung:	A tire including a carcass, at least two bead regions (14) having a pair of axially spaced beads (22) around which are wrapped turn-up ends (20), reinforced carcass plies (12) wrapped around the pair of beads (22), at least one belt structure (8, 19) and a tread (10) disposed over the carcass plies, sidewalls disposed between the beads and the tread, at least two apexes (24), wherein the apexes (24) are a main body of the carcass and the turn-up ends, optionally an EMT insert (150), and at least one belt overlay; wherein at least one element of the group consisting of the apexes (24), the EMT insert (150), and the at least one belt overlay (8, 19) contain chopped carbon fibers.
