Zusammenfassung:	A port (400) for establishing fluid flow from a container to an administration set is described. The port comprises: a valve (402) having a shaft (410) wherein the valve seals to the container; a perforator (404) in the shaft of the valve; a beam (436) on the perforator, the beam having an arm (442) provided with a catch (438); a latch (416) on the valve that mates with the catch to lock the perforator in an activated position; and a tamper proof tab (444) removably attached to the arm to lock the perforator in a standby position to prevent unintended activation.
