Zusammenfassung:	A device for determining at least one parameter of a fluid medium, in particular an intake air mass of an internal combustion engine. The device comprises a sensor chip for measuring the parameter and a control and evaluation electronics having a circuit carrier. The sensor chip is situated on a chip carrier capable of being introduced into the fluid medium. The chip carrier comprises a projection of the circuit carrier developed in one piece with circuit carrier, the sensor chip being fixed in place on the projection.
