Zusammenfassung: | The two-dimensional implant (10) for the replacement and/or fastening of dura mater as dura mater-onlay, comprises a film shaped structure consisting of a lyophilized pericardium layer biological source and a sponge-like layer (13) out of lyophilized extracellular protein. The extracellular protein is collagen or gelatin and is uncured. The pericardium layer (12) is overlayed unilaterally with the sponge-like layer. The surface of the pericardium layer turned to the sponge-like layer is roughened. The sponge-like layer is lyophilized on the pericardium layer as base. The two-dimensional implant (10) for the replacement and/or fastening of dura mater as dura mater-onlay, comprises a film shaped structure consisting of a lyophilized pericardium layer biological source and a sponge-like layer (13) out of lyophilized extracellular protein. The extracellular protein is collagen or gelatin and is uncured. The pericardium layer (12) is overlayed unilaterally with the sponge-like layer. The surface of the pericardium layer turned to the sponge-like layer is roughened. The sponge-like layer is lyophilized on the pericardium layer as base and has a specific weight per area of 30-300 g/m 2>and a fluid absorptive power that corresponds to 30-60 times of its total weight. The sponge-like layer is completely wettable with water within a period of greater than 60 s. The pericardium layer has a thickness of 0.5-2 mm and a specific weight per area of 50-180 g/m 2>. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of an implant for the replacement and/or fastening of dura mater. |
