A signal transmitter (8) is in an operative connection to the membrane (7). A signal receiver (9) interacting with the signal transmitter (8) is located in the interior of the housing (6). The current- and/or voltage-conducting parts of the signal receiver (9) are electrically insulated twofold against the exterior of the housing (6).
