Zusammenfassung:A wear-resistant member (20) that includes a hard composite member (24) affixed to a support (22). The hard composite member (24) includes discrete hard constituents (34) of at least one of cemented chromium carbide with particle size -325,+85 mesh, and titanium diboride with particle size -325 mesh distributed therein. The hard composite member (24) further contains a matrix powder (30) that includes particles of titanium carbide and Ni particles. The hard constituents (34) and the matrix powder (30) are bonded together by an infiltrant alloy (31) having a melting point of 500-1400 degree centigrade to form the hard composite member (24). The support (22) is made of a material that bonds with the infiltrant alloy (31).
