Zusammenfassung:	The invention is related to a method and arrangement for cooling an equipment box (1). The equipment box comprises a bottom part (2) and a cover part (3) that are interconnected and will thus surround an equipment space (4) containing electric and/or electronic components. The heat generated by these components is conveyed to the structures of the equipment box, wherefrom it is transferred to the surroundings by an air flow provided between the bottom part and the cover part. This air flow is guided through at least one flow channel (8) to extend towards the upper surface (10) of the cover part (3) and the cooling elements (5) advantageously provided thereon.
