Zusammenfassung:	The cell (1) has housing including a seal (9) isolating a cell cup (3) and a cell cover (4) against each other. A mantle-like housing section is partially provided with an electrically conductive coating and an electrically non-conductive coating (2). The conductive coating includes a metal noble than nickel, and a conductive connection including chalcogenide, titanium nitride or carbide. The non-conductive coating includes glass and ceramic and non-conductive metal or transition metal compound. A flanging area is covered by the electrically non-conductive coating.
