Zusammenfassung:	The method involves using distillation columns (K02, K03) with undulated-crossed structured trim and/or an absorption column (K01) with undulated-crossed structured trim with a heat and/or material exchange section between descending liquid and mounting gas. The section has a parameter (S) ranges between 0.00150 and 0.01500, where S is equal to Tx m/ sigma in which T is a shearing voltage at an interface between liquid and vapor, m is thickness of a liquid film flowing on the trim and sigma is superficial voltage at liquid/vapor interface. An independent claim is also included for an instillation adapted to be used in a cryogenic separation method.
