Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an actuator for displacing a mobile component (3) of a vehicle, said mobile component (3) being capable of accumulating electrostatic charges, and said actuator (11-12) including an articulation member (12) for displacing said mobile component (3) as well as a control electronic board (11) having a ground (13) that can be electrically connected to a zero reference potential, wherein said actuator (11-12) is characterised in that it further includes an electrically conductive collector (140; 150; 160; 170) electrically connected to said ground (13) and provided at a short distance opposite said articulation member (12) in order to exhibit a close-to-zero electric resistance to the flow of said electrostatic charges.
