Zusammenfassung:	The method involves presetting a target output voltage of a generator, and comparing a measured actual temperature with a preset temperature threshold. A lower target output voltage value is preset, if the temperature is larger than the threshold. The voltage is gradually lowered with an increment that is less than or equal to 0.25 V. The actual temperature is again measured for receiving a new temperature value that is compared with the threshold. The voltage is set to a high target output voltage value, if the new value is smaller than the threshold.
