The arrangement has an electrical conductive surface oriented parallel to and electrically insulated with respect to another electrical conductive surface (2) e.g. electrical conductive wire mesh. The former conductive surface has a contact element (5) applied in the wall body and including a contact section (6) for tapping an electrical voltage between the conductive surfaces. The arrangement is covered by a layer of plaster.
