A storage component exhibits mixture of oxides of alkali metal e.g. sodium and potassium, alkaline earth metal e.g. barium and rare earth metal e.g. lanthanum. The electrodes consist of catalytically inactive material that contains gold, palladium, silver, ruthenium and gold/platinum alloy. |
