Valve openings (12) of the guiding body have a heart-shaped contour running out in a cone end in a closing direction of an adjusting gate valve (5) and passing into a curvature in a flat gradient boundary of a wider opening based on the cone end. The cone end is symmetric to a symmetric axis provide through the cone end. Through-flow openings (14) of an annular protective body (11) are aligned on the symmetric axis of the valve openings.
