Zusammenfassung:	In positioning a fixed scroll (34) by moving it in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction in assembling a scroll fluid machinery, in order to perform simple and accurate detection of the phases of a crank shaft (20) and an orbiting scroll (31), a to-be-detected part for phase detection is formed at the orbiting scroll (31) while a notch allowing the to-be-detected part to be observed from the outside is formed in the fixed scroll. Further, there are provided a sensor (92) movable to a point facing the notch of the fixed scroll and a phase detection mechanism (90) detecting the phase of the orbiting scroll (31) on the basis of the position change of the to-be-detected part of the orbiting scroll (31) which is accompanied by rotation of the crank shaft (20).
