Zusammenfassung:	The system allows welding of a hollow tube (2) on the window post (3) on one side of the body shell of a motor vehicle without reflecting the welding efforts on the welding system's support. The welding system comprises a support (10) on which is mounted in a mobile way a support mass (11) and an electrode (12). A support element (16) is fixed in relation to a support (10), through an effort retrieving means (14) and placed facing the electrode (12), so as to be able to rest on an opposite surface of two parts to be welded (2, 3). The support mass (11) is mobile in translation, in the same way as the movement of the electrode (12), so as to rest against the welding set. The present invention can be used to weld the window post of one side of the body shell of a motor vehicle.
