The row is provided in the form of a closed geometrical surface with dimensions that are aligned parallel to the extension direction and varied in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction. The surface has a maximal dimension in the direction perpendicular to the extension direction, where the dimension is greater than wavelength of a light beam. |
