Zusammenfassung:The photovoltaic device has a photovoltaic acceptor material and a photovoltaic donor material. The device has two carrier layers, where a carrier layer has n-doped electron donors and the other carrier layer has acceptor material as p-doped or undoped electron acceptors. The carrier layers are arranged sectionally touching each other and a carrier layer is film like coated with a photovoltaic donor material. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for the production of fibers for carrier layers involves solgel synthesis which operates under the application of tetraethyl orthosilicate, ethanol, hydrochloric acid and sucrose (2) a method for the production of a layer structure for a photovoltaic device (3) a textile material with layer structure.
