New hunger-suppressing food compositions

The invention concerns a satiety-inducing food composition, which is fluid at neutral pH and shows an increase in viscosity at acid pH, wherein the composition comprises at least a negatively loaded carbohydrate and at least a protein with an iso-electric point of about pH 3.5 - 5.5.
