Zusammenfassung:The rotor (2) has a base channel (9) with a tapered cross-section for cooling of conductors arranged in the rotor. The rotor is designed in such a manner that a cooling medium flows through the rotor during the operation. Radial cooling slots (12) are formed perpendicular to a rotational axis (3) of the rotor and are flow-technically connected with the channel. The channel cross-section is tapered towards the center (13) of the rotor. The channel has a base channel limiting surface arranged transverse to a base channel limiting base surface (10) that is formed parallel to the axis.
