Zusammenfassung: | The sensor has a signal reading circuit (CLj) with an integrator to integrate difference between a current traversing bolometric resistance and a compensation current value (Icomp) in an integration capacity value (Cint). A transistor (T1) adjusts sensibility of a pixel acting in response to voltage adjustment to change one of reference potential (Vref), integration time value (TL), polarization voltage value and compensation current value used for elaboration of output analog voltage (VS), during reading of a line to which a pixel is pertained. An independent claim is also included for a method for reducing spatial noise in a matrix heat image sensor. |
