Organic light emitting device

The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device, and more particularly, to an organic light emitting device which obtains stable image qualities through prevention of any significant decrease in brightness. The organic light emitting device according to the invention includes an anode (2), a cathode (3) and an organic layer (4) interposed there between. The organic layer comprises an organic emitting layer (42); an electron transport layer (44) comprising one or more metallic compounds selected form the group of elements consisting of Li, Na, K, Rb, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Y, La, Sm, Gd, Yb, and Cs; and a buffer layer (43) interposed between the organic emitting layer (42) and the electron transport layer (44).
