Zusammenfassung:	The invention is directed to medical data acquisition and patient management system, comprising: a memory that stores steps of a computer program to: (a) generate a display for a medical chart page, wherein the medical chart page comprises at least one selectable item associated with patient management, and wherein one of the at least one selectable item comprises a medical therapy delivery selection; (b) receive a first signal indicating a selection of the medical therapy delivery selection from the medical chart page; (c) generate a display for a list of medical therapy delivery systems associated with the medical therapy delivery selection from the medical chart page in response to step (b); (d) receive a second signal indicating a choice of a medical therapy delivery system from the list of medical therapy delivery systems; (e) generate a display for parameter fields for entry of operation data associated with the chosen medical therapy delivery system in response to step (d); and (f) analyze medical data captured by a medical analyzer from a patient in accordance with the operation data; and a processor for accessing the memory to execute the steps.The invention is also directed to the method implemented by the computer program, and to the computer-readable medium containing a computer program.
