Zusammenfassung:The present invention is related to a low power low noise amplifier (LNA), preferably a single input to differential output low noise amplifier topology. The LNA includes at least a first circuit branch comprising a first transistor (M1) and a second transistor (M2) connected in cascade configuration to amplify an input signal. A LC tank is provided to choke signal transmission from the drain of the first transistor (M1) to the source of the second transistor (M2). The LNA of the invention provides high gain and an ultra-low power consumption.
