Zusammenfassung:	The present invention refers to an integrated LC-tank structure with improved Radio-Frequency (RF) choke function and optimized geometry, which minimize area consumption and maximize quality factor. The LC-tank is based on a differential transformer and two capacitors connected in parallel with the windings of the transformer. The windings of the transformer are formed by two interlaced multi-turn spiral coils obtained in a semiconductor substrate.
