Composite casting method

The method for the production of housings for sanitary fittings, comprises partially coating a preformed hollow profile with a shaping material, inserting the profile into a mold, pouring and producing the housing, in such a manner that a positive connection is formed between the housings and profile during the casting procedure within the area of connection points of the profile, and applying a coupling layer between the housings and profile. Preformed hollow profiles for hot-water guidance (11), for combined sewage guidance (13), and for chilled water guidance (12) are intended. Preformed hollow profiles for hot water guidance (11), for combined sewage guidance (13), and for chilled water guidance (12) are intended. A shaped part (16) is intended for a mixing cartridge or a thermostat element. The hollow profile or the hollow profiles is/are manufactured by deep-drawing, tubing shaping or heat-forming process, and comprise connection geometries for water connections or water pipelines, such as threads, before the production of the housing. The housing, hollow profile or the hollow profiles, and the coupling layer are made of metal, plastic or ceramics. An independent claim is included for housings for sanitary fitting.
