Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a micelle comprising an amphiphilic block copolymer, said amphiphilic block copolymer consisting of (a) a hydrophobic polymer attached to the 5' end of a first nucleic acid molecule, wherein said first nucleic acid molecule is hybridized with a second nucleic acid molecule, wherein a targeting unit capable of selectively binding to a specific cell type and/or tissue is attached to the 5' end of said second nucleic acid molecule; and/or (b) a hydrophobic polymer attached to the 3' end of a first nucleic acid molecule, wherein said first nucleic acid molecule is hybridized with a second nucleic acid molecule, wherein a targeting unit capable of selectively binding to a specific cell type and/or tissue is attached to the 3' end of said second nucleic acid molecule.
