One of the longitudinal edges comprises a cover strip providing a housing along of an edge for a metallic fetching tab or edge (10'c) of an adjacent deflector (10') in a manner to seal a junction between the edges of the deflectors while permitting sliding of the edges with respect to each other during a dome wall of the chamber is dilated.
