A method for real-time scheduling of processes at distributed manufacturing sites
Present invention refers to a method for scheduling of processes at distributed and interacting manufacturing sites(10, 20, 30, 40, 50), comprising the steps: a) for a plurality of manufacturing sites (10, 20, 30, 40, 50), determining a potential availability of predictive pairings (7) of materials...

Zusammenfassung: | Present invention refers to a method for scheduling of processes at distributed and interacting manufacturing sites(10, 20, 30, 40, 50), comprising the steps:
a) for a plurality of manufacturing sites (10, 20, 30, 40, 50), determining a potential availability of predictive pairings (7) of materials and work machines processing said materials over a predetermined period of time,
b) writing down potential availability data (71, 72, 73, 74, 75) of said predictive pairings (7),
c) sensing what materials and work machines are available in real-time,
d) writing down real-time availability data (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) of sensed materials and work machines,
e) comparing real-time availability data (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) of sensed materials and work machines with potential availability data (71, 72, 73, 74, 75) of predictive pairings (7),
f) in case of discrepancy, determining for each manufacturing site local pairings (7') of materials and work machines processing said materials, and
g) processing said local pairings (7'). |
