Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of medicine, in particular, to the methods for treating the patients with the preparations containing genetic material, and may be used for treating the patients with oncologic diseases caused by mutations in oncogenes, oncosuppressor genes, and a total gene allele homozygotization of the cell that undergoes a malignant transformation. The stated problem consisting in expansion of the area of application and treatment of patients with oncologic diseases caused by both the mutations in oncogenes and oncosuppressor genes and a total gene homozygotization is solved by that the fragments of homologous DNA comprising the complete genome of a physiologically and genetically healthy donor are introduced into the patient's organism and the quantity of the DNA introduced is equal to or exceeds the amount of the own DNA in the blood plasma and tissue fluids, but does not exceed the maximal permissible dose, amounting to 30 µg/ml.
