The road device (40) comprises road establishing means for establishing communication with the mobile device, road receiving means for receiving the vehicle information transmitted from the mobile device, acquiring means for acquiring road environment information, creating means for comparing the road environment information and the vehicle information and creating warning information as necessary, and road transmitting means for transmitting the warning information to the mobile device. Thus, a road communication system capable of reliably transmitting warning information to the driver even if the vehicle is traveling at high speed is provided.
