A light strip for illumination is provided at the lower guide rail or an upper guide rail (7). The light strip is arranged behind the sliding element and radiates indirect light over the base and/or the cover before the sliding element. The light strip includes a LED strip, which is arranged in a hollow section. The hollow section is formed from a translucent plastic material. The light strip is locked at one of the guide rails or a retaining profile.
