A protrusion (16) made of a material is positioned in the groove, and is attached to a side surface of the brackets on a part of a length of the groove. The side surface is turned towards the groove, and the material is flexible than another material. The protrusion is arranged in a deep direction of the groove at the side surface, and the brackets are extended over an opening of the groove to a shield.
