Zusammenfassung:The component (400) has a substrate (1), and an electrode (2) provided on the substrate. An organic layer sequence (31) is arranged on the electrode, and suitable for radiating electromagnetic radiation. An electrically conducting inorganic protective layer (4) is arranged on the organic layer sequence, and another electrode (5) is arranged on the inorganic protective layer. The electrodes include a transparent oxide layer and a transparent metallic layer, where the two electrodes are transparent for the electromagnetic radiation. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an organic optoelectronic component.
