An electrically conducting inorganic protective layer (4) is arranged on the organic layer sequence, and another electrode (5) is arranged on the inorganic protective layer. The electrodes include a transparent oxide layer and a transparent metallic layer, where the two electrodes are transparent for the electromagnetic radiation.
