The soot is produced by a continuous electric heating oven treating process. Rubber mixture vulcanizable with sulfur, exhibiting at least a diene rubber, preferably for the tread rubber for a tire, preferably of a commercial vehicle tire, comprises 5-60 parts per hundred (phr) of a treated soot with (a) an iodine absorption number of 50-70 g/kg, preferably 55-65 g/kg, with (b) a dibutyl phthalate number of 140-260 cm 3>/100 g, preferably of 160-170 cm 3>/100 g and with a Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface of 30-60 m 2>/g, preferably of 40-50 m 2>/g. The soot is produced by a continuous electric heating oven treating process, in which (i) a electric heating oven is provided, where a section of the oven defines a raceway and a second section defines a upper bed zone and more nozzles to conducting fluidizing gas in the oven; (ii) a non-reactive fluidizing gas is conducted through the nozzle in such a way that the gas defines an upper steam in the oven; (c) untreated soot is conducted in the oven at a fixed rate so that the soot forms a fluidized bed; (d) an electrode is charged in the oven with energy to heat the fluidized bed; and (e) the treated soot is continuously collected from an oven outlet tube. An independent claim is included for tires, preferably commercial vehicle tires whose tread rubber comprising the rubber mixture.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine mit Schwefel vulkanisicrbarc, zumindest einen Dicnkautschuk aufweisende Kautschukmischung, vorzugsweise für den Laufstreifen eines Reifens, insbesondere eines Nutzfahrzeugreifens, enthaltend
- 5 - 60 phr eines behandelten Rußes
mit a) einer Jodadsorptionszahl von 50 bis 70 g/kg, vorzugsweise von 55 - 65 g/kg,
mit b) einer DBP-Zahl von 140 - 260 cm 3 /100 g, vorzugsweise von 150 - 200 cm 3 /100 g, besonders bevorzugt von 160 - 170 cm 3 /100 g, und
mit c) einer BET-Oberfläche von 30 - 60 m 2 /g, vorzugsweise von 40 - 50 m 2 /g,
wobei der Ruß mittels eines kontinuierlichen Elektrowärmeofenbehandlungsprozesses herstellbar ist. |
