Zusammenfassung:	The mixture is based on water soluble organic polymer and an organosilicium compound or a water containing composition in addition to the water soluble organic polymer and the organosilicium compound. Additives and a mineral binding agent are also provided to the mixture. The organosilicium compound is an oligomeric alkyl-alkoxy siloxane of general formula (I). The alkyl-alkoxy siloxane having general formula (I). (R)Si(OR") xO y. R' : 1-8C linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group, preferably methyl, ethyl, propyl, hexyl, octyl or hexadecyl group; R" : H or 1-4C linear or branched alkyl group, preferably methyl, ethyl or propyl; x : 1-2; and y : 0.5-1.0. Provided that: (A) (2y + x)=3. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing mixture, which involves mixing an organic polymer and organosilicium compound.
