Transdermal therapeutic system comprising at least an easily volatile and/or thermolabile active substance and/or auxiliary material, comprises a backing, which is basically impermeable for the active substance and the auxiliary material; at least two polymer matrix layer, from which at least one serves as an acceptor layer, comprising active substance and/or auxiliary material; a removable protective layer; a donor layer; optionally an additional matrix layer and a back layer. Transdermal therapeutic system comprising at least an easily volatile, thermolabile active substance and/or auxiliary material, comprises a backing, which is basically impermeable for the active substance and the auxiliary material; at least two polymer matrix layer, from which at least one serves as an acceptor layer, containing active substance and/or auxiliary material; a removable protective layer; a donor layer; optionally an additional matrix layer and a back layer, where the transdermal therapeutic system is produced by sequence laminate coating of removable protective layer, at least one skin-sided arranged polymer matrix layer, further an polymer acceptor layer, which is incorporated with volatile, thermolabile active substance and/or accelerated auxiliary material, where during lamination or within short time after lamination, the donor layer combines with the acceptor layer by migration of the volatile, thermolabile and/or auxiliary material. An independent claim is included for a procedure for producing transdermal therapeutic system comprising preparing the volatile and/or thermolabile active substance and/or auxiliary material either alone or in combination with other auxiliary material; preparing an acceptor layer by coating or drying the active substance mixture; applying on the donor layer, in which the coated acceptor layer is covered with a back layer or first with an anchor layer and with an back layer, so that the prepared laminate combines with at least one on the opposite side provided with a removable layer (releasing liner) matrix.
