Sealing strip

The sealing strip (6,7) has a polymer material and a lubricating material, which has a melting point or a softening point that is less than 100 degree celcius. The sealing strip has a partly mixture of materials in a mixing process. The sealing strip has receptor constituents like graphite, a vulcanization medium and chemicals, e.g. an activator, an additive, an antioxidant, a reaction accelerator, stearic acid. The lubricating material has alkylate naphthalene, poly-alpha-olefin of linear and derived alpha olefin, polyalkylene glycol, perfluorinated polyether and carboxylic acid esters. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing the sealing section of a sealing strip for a roll of a machine for treating a material web.
