Zusammenfassung:Pad holder (1) which, as a lower part, forms a brewing chamber, in particular of a low-pressure coffee machine, together with an upper part and comprises a holding basin (2) for holding a soft pad (30), which holding basin is formed by a base (3), which is substantially horizontal in the operating position, and side walls (4) which rise perpendicular to said base, which base (3) comprises ribs (10) and a central discharge opening (11) for dispensing the coffee extract, is further developed in that the ribs (10) extend toward the discharge opening (11) in order to regulate the outflow, and force the extract to flow in a serpentine fashion.
