Zusammenfassung:	The wheel has a tire tread or tire (1) made of soft material e.g. elastomer, and carried by a hollow rim (2), where the assembly of tire tread-rim is connected to a support in a decentered point with respect to a rotation center (0) of the assembly. The assembly is carried by three rollers. The two rollers are supported on the tire tread at the exterior of the assembly and the third roller is supported on an inner wall of the rim at the interior of the assembly. Une roue pouvant absorber les vibrations de hautes fréquences et faibles amplitudes, ainsi que les vibrations de basses fréquences et fortes amplitudes ou les vibrations de moyennes fréquences et moyennes amplitudes, comporte une bande de roulement (1) en matériau tendre portée par une jante (2) creuse, déformable élastiquement, l'ensemble bande de roulement (1)-jante creuse (2) étant relié à son support en un point décentré par rapport au centre de rotation (0) dudit ensemble (1-2).
