Zusammenfassung:The foil (1) has an electrically conductive layer (2) including plastic material with electrical conductive additives in sub-areas. The additives are arranged and distributed such that maximum surface resistance of a surface (3) of the layer is 50 ohm per centimeter. A portion of the additives ranges from 20 to 50 percent of weight of the layer. The plastic material has a mixture of conductive soot and conductive material i.e. metal powder, as the additives. The plastic material consists of a polyurethane paste or PVC paste provided with an electrically conductive additive. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a seat heater for a seat of a motor vehicle (2) a method for the production of an electrical conductive layer for a plastic foil.
